Reiki Treatment Process
A treatment session starts with a brief consultation and consent form, which asks you for a few details.
Once you are comfortable and relaxed on the treatment table. I will begin by placing my hands in a series of hand positions on the body (or hovering over for those sensitive to touch) for healing any blockages, bringing the body back to balance. At the end of the treatment session, I will gently awaken you. We will then have another brief consultation to finish.

For those that cannot fit a reiki table in their home, you can still have a Reiki treatment. I can provide a 30 minute treatment whilst you are seated on a chair.

Crystal Reiki Treatment Process

I will begin by placing specific crystals along the body, and channel energy through my hands for healing any blockages, bringing the body back to balance. At the end of the treatment session, I will gently awaken you. We will then have another brief consultation to finish.

For your information
It is advisable on the day of your treatment to wear loose clothing.
You will not be asked to remove any items of clothing apart from shoes before laying down on the reiki table.
The consent form will be kept in the strictest of confidence and stored securely.
These treatments can complement any medical or psychological care, but are not to be used instead of or in place of any medical or professional care.
Equipment to support the comfort of your treatment
Reiki table is about 6ft in length. If needed, this can be made longer for taller people by adding the headrest. It has a metal frame for strength, adjustable back rest positions for those that are have difficulty laying flat on their back, and is made with thick memory foam for client comfort.
Half pillow memory foam for neck/knee support. This helps with difficulty lying down. (optional)
Pillows for extra support/comfort (optional)
Blanket to give you a warn more relaxed feeling (optional).
Small step stool to access the reiki table more easily (optional).
Healing crystals for Crystal Reiki
Treatments
Reiki is ideal for use with animals because it is a gentle non invasive treatment. Treatments do not cause stress, discomfort, or pain, yet yields powerful results.
Animals respond intuitively to Reiki's power to heal.
Treatments can help to heal emotional, behavioural, physical illnesses, injuries or to just maintain their health, enhancing relaxation, providing a sense of peace and contentment.

For first treatment sessions:
I will channel the energy, using distance healing. This approach helps the animals familiarize with the energy before using a hands on approach. (unless the animal is comfortable with me doing so). It is entirely up to the animal in how they like to receive the reiki energy. Most pets will become very relaxed, often yawning or twitching as they release stress and negative emotions. Some will welcome it and stand in a position to receive the Reiki healing whilst others may be restless.

For animals that are in their later years and are nearing passing on, Reiki is a powerful yet gentle way to provide comfort, relief from pain, fear, and anxiety, and to ease the transition in passing.

For your information
It's best not to try arranging treatments just before their meal times as this can make the animal restless.
